5 Ways to Fight Loneliness (#4 is Free and Could Really Change Your Life)
When you are feeling a little lonely, it is easy to suffer in silence. You may even feel like you are alone in your loneliness… that all of the happy people that you see in your Facebook feed are enjoying life while you struggle to stay connected. The truth is that almost all of us feel lonely from time-to-time. In fact, in a recent survey, 75% of the women in our community said that they sometimes feel lonely. This is a challenge… but, it is also an opportunity for us to support each other. Together, we can defeat loneliness!
