Living with uncertainty is challenging, especially for those of us who are over 60. We have so many questions about the future. At times, it feels like we have more questions than answers. This can be very difficult. Some people can live with uncertainty, but others find it impossible to cope with.
So you’ve decided to start running. I’m assuming you’re in good physical condition and injury free. I don’t understand why people tell me that we are too old to do cardio exercise! It boggles my mind that they think age is an opt-out ticket for quality of life. Does this mean that, at a certain age, we are to give up? Should we throw in the towel? Well not me, and I’m 61. I get so pissed off at these people.
