How Do You Like to Relax?

Contrary to popular belief, life in your 60s isn’t necessarily quiet or relaxing. In fact, if you are like me, you probably find your days filled with activities, people and hobbies. In addition to being as busy as ever, many of us are also facing financial, social or physical stresses. So, at our age, it’s more important than ever to take time to relax.

Today, I want to share some suggestions for how to take it easy, especially with you feel a little stressed out. I’d also love to hear how you relax.
