Do You Remember Your First Job? What Did it Teach You?

Few experiences influence our lives more powerfully than getting our first job. Most of us don’t stay in our first position for long. That’s probably to be expected. The important thing is that the discipline and sense of pride that each of us gains in our first job lasts forever. Simply put, our first jobs helped us to become the women that we are today. So, this morning, I’d love to ask you about your first work experience. I’d love to know how you got your start in life and what your first job taught you, both in terms of skills and new perspectives on life. Come join us for a cup of tea (or coffee) and a chat. And, if you enjoy the show, please tell one friend about us today. Your support means so much to me!

What was your first job? What did it teach you? Please join the conversation and tell one other woman about Mornings with Sixty and Me today. The more the merrier!
