How to Embrace Your 70s and Beyond

Sixty and Me was founded as a community for women over 60. But, of course, we have fabulous women of every age with us on this journey. In fact, you might be surprised to know that about 20% of the women in our community are in their 70s, 80s or better! So, in celebration of these members of our community, I wanted to dedicate today’s video to life in our 70s and beyond. If you are in your 60s or younger, it will help you to plan for the decades ahead. If you are in your 70s or better, perhaps you can offer your younger sisters some advice. We are so happy to have you here with us! Come join us for a cup of tea (or coffee) and a chat. And, if you enjoy the show, please tell one friend about us today. Your support means so much to me!

Did you know? Every day, we post a new crossword puzzle and Sudoku game? Why not start each day by giving your brain a boost? Play now for FREE!

If you are in your 50s or 60s, what do you hope most for as you look at the decades ahead? If you are in your 70s or better, what advice would you give to us for getting more from life after 70? Let’s share some stories! Please join the conversation and tell one other woman about Sixty and Me today. The more the merrier!
