Is Too Much Technology Making Us Sick?

For the most part, I’m a huge fan of technology. It helps us to communicate, keeps us healthier longer and gives us access to limitless sources of information. At the same time, there is no denying that technology has its downsizes. For example, it can encourage us to abandon genuine relationships in favor of fickle online friendships. It can also keep us locked up indoors when we should be exploring the world. So, today, I’d love to discuss how we can find the right balance between embracing technology and staying connected to the real world. Come join us for a cup of tea (or coffee) and a chat. And, if you enjoy the show, please tell one friend about us today. Your support means so much to me!
