Sixty and Me Sisters – Let’s Share Our Stories

By Margaret Manning February 07, 2015 Mindset

Each one of us has a powerful story to tell. We may not know the words yet, but, deep inside our heart, we know what we want to say. Every time I talk to another woman in our community, I learn something new. Every single one of you has a fascinating story to tell.

I am reminded of a quote by Elizabeth Lesser, who said “When women hear each other’s stories, told from the heart, it gives us inspiration to keep on going.”

So, this week, I have a simple, yet hopefully powerful, request. I would love you to share your story with the community. I hope that this will help us to learn from each other and reach a new level of understanding.

How would you describe your life in a few sentences or short paragraphs? What were the events that shaped your life and what did you learn from them? Please share your stories in the comments section and “like” and share this article to keep the conversation going!
