The renowned Kripalu yoga-based retreat center presents this weekend event dedicated to the yogi who is ready to delve deeper into her traditional yoga practice and take it to the next level. In this one-day yoga intensive, Elisa Williams guides participants through a morning session of powerful asanas aimed at strengthening the core and deepening the meditative aspect of yoga. After a freshly prepared seasonal vegetarian lunch (with homemade cake!), Elisa will lead the group on one of her traditional yoga hikes through Kensington Gardens.

The restorative afternoon session will focus on breathing techniques and guided meditation.
