As we get a little older, it’s tempting to look for longevity “silver bullets.” Perhaps this is not surprising, given the media’s obsession with medical breakthroughs, “anti-aging” treatments and fad diets. Well, based on conversations with some of the healthiest women in our community, I can tell you that there are simple and cheap (most are free) ways to increase your chances of living longer and healthier.
