What is “Slow Travel” and How Can it Get You Moving Again?

There was a time in my life when travel was all about cramming in as many experiences as I could in a short period of time. So, like many of you, I rushed through every city that I visited, checking off all of the tourist spots and chatting with as many people as possible along the way. But, as we get a little older, some of us find this frantic pace, well… a little stressful. If this sounds like you, I want to introduce you to the concept of “slow travel.” I hope that it helps you to reignite your love for travel! Join us for a cup of tea (or coffee) and a chat. And, if you enjoy the show, please tell one friend about us today. Your support means so much to me!

Does the fast-paced nature of travel sometimes stress you out? How do you slow things down so that you can really enjoy each trip? What do you think of the concept of “slow travel?” Let’s have a conversation!
