Good Morning! Here is Today's News
One of the biggest priorities we all have as we reach our 60s is figuring out how to achieve healthy aging. Not only do we hope to avoid serious illnesses, but, we also want to have the strength, flexibility and energy to get the most from life. Today, I’d like to start by sharing a story about how the aging process changes our muscles and, more importantly, what we can do about it. Join me as we discuss this story plus a serious security flaw impacting iPhone users, Brazil’s decision to charge U.S. swimmer Ryan Lochte, an attack in Bolivia, a meeting between the U.S. and Russia in Geneva, some research on being single and much more. Come join us for a cup of tea and a chat! And, if you enjoy the show, please tell one friend about us today. Your support means so much to me!
