By this point, most of us don’t want to look younger. We have abandoned “anti-aging” messages in favor of just trying to be the healthiest most radiant versions of ourselves that we can be. But, while we don’t want to look younger, many of us would love to recapture some of the energy, balance and physical strength of our youth.
