When I decided to film these gentle chair yoga videos, I knew that I needed to find a special teacher. I wanted to find someone who really understood the needs of older adults. I wanted to find a person with the charisma and experience to keep us motivated. And, I wanted to find a kind and genuine person who you would want to spend time with every day.
I had to travel thousands of miles, to beautiful Bali, but, I eventually found someone that I could be proud to work with. Her name is Cat Kabira.
