I have been a movie lover all of my life. Over the years, I have realized that good films help us to see the world in new ways – and great films help us to see ourselves in new ways. There is also something deeply powerful about watching a movie with others. This is one of the reasons that we still go to the movies, despite the fact that we can download films online. We want to share our emotional experiences with others.
That’s why I started the Sixty and Me Movie Club – to give amazing women over 60, like you, the opportunity to discuss life-changing, thought provoking and entertaining movies.
Every week, I will share a new movie that the other amazing women in our community have recommended. Not every movie will be life changing for you. But, I hope that every one of our selections will bring our community closer together.
