It isn’t FDA approved nor certified, but it regularly rates among the top in its category on Amazon. The watch looks a tad sporty but is slim enough to be worn every day. It also comes in different colors.
The MorePro Smart watch also comes with numerous features and is marketed towards women by offering a Female Health Tracking app that tracks menstrual cycles. (But let’s face it, most of us don’t need that feature anymore.) This watch truly looks more appealing for women to wear.
Another very affordable smartwatch with a blood pressure monitor (not FDA-approved) is the Mgaolo Fitness Tracker. This device lets you change the color of the band so that you can match it with your outfits.
It is slim and comfortable to wear but the screen is small and may not be easy to read. Something to consider if you have issues with your eyes.
One of the reasons we like the Garmin Vivoactive 4S smartwatch is because it is designed in 2 sizes and looks very appealing. The smaller model can fit comfortably on a female wrist while still offering the same features as the larger model.
This smartwatch is similar to traditional watches in appearance. It provides a more casual look compared to some of the more sporty watches. It’s in the mid-range price point but offers better quality than the less expensive smartwatches.
We couldn’t do a smartwatch review without adding the Apple Watch. It is quite pricy and is constantly updated with new features, improvements, and looks. The Apple Watch has recently been FDA-approved which puts it up there on the list of smartwatches you can trust.
The blood pressure readings are currently done with an external blood pressure cuff that is synced with the watch. However, Apple is currently developing the technology to have accurate in-watch blood pressure without the need of any extra accessory.
The FDA-approved Samsung Galaxy Smartwatch is in the mid-price range and offers excellent quality in a great looking watch. It can easily sit side-by-side with the Apple Smartwatch without the hefty price tag. Also, it comes in two sizes!
We especially like the “regular watch” look and all the features that are offered with it. It has rave reviews on Amazon, many from women who appreciate the smaller size model.

Follow the instructions for your new blood pressure watch carefully to make sure that you are using it correctly. Most will tell you to put your wrist close to your heart while taking a reading. Misreadings can occur if you don’t use the watch correctly.
