Training Wheels at 60? How to (Safely!) Prepare for the Years Ahead

When you first learned to ride a bike, your parents didn’t just stick you on their bicycle and push you down a hill. They helped you, in stages, to get used to riding. In a way, this is what life should be like at every age. Rather than assuming that we are “too old” to learn, we should take a systematic approach to preparing for the future.

In this morning’s show, I want to talk about how each and every one of us could benefit from thinking about ourselves as “older adults in training.” I hope you will join us!

Achieve healthy aging and even add years to your life! Get moving again with our gentle yoga video series.

What are you doing to prepare for the future? Do you see yourself as an older adult in training? Why or why not?
