7 Reasons We Need to Explore our Sexuality After 60

There are so many aging stereotypes that I truly dislike. They say we are slow. They say that we can’t (or refuse to) learn new things. They laugh at the idea that older people might still feel sensuous or even sexual. What nonsense!

So, in this morning’s video, I want to talk about 7 reasons that we still deserve to explore our sexuality after 60. I hope that bringing this somewhat private topic into the light, we can fight back against yet another stereotype that holds people our age back.

Sensuality can be experienced in many ways. You can express your sensuality through movement, words and passion. Enjoy the little pleasures that enhance your senses. More inspiration here.
