I was so pleased to see a feature about Margaret River, Western Australia. The forests of giant karri and marri trees around Walpole and the beautiful Franklin River are also worth a visit.
But let us not forget the wildflower season which is in September and November every year. Western Australia has the world’s most unique and beautiful flora and fauna. There are great tours, for tourist and locals, into the Mid West region and there is nothing like seeing fields and fields of pink and white daisies as far as the eye can see.
And it is a very safe, friendly, laid back place.
