I am the Grandma who might be receiving a gift. Must be consumable – have been happily downsizing every time I move and do not welcome any additions to my life.

My mom (92) also! No more collectibles and special blankets, jewelry, etc.
GIve her wonderful candy, jams, expensive food gifts that she would never splurge
on for herself. That’s what they really want—not more “memories” they have to save and
pass on to descendants.
