Still Comparing Yourself to Others? You’re Hurting Your Happiness!

On some level, we can’t avoid comparing ourselves to others. Not only are we genetically hard-wired to be competitive, but, TV shows, movies and society at large constantly bombard us with messages that make us feel inferior or judged.

So, in this morning’s video, I want to give some suggestions that may help you to stop making unfair comparisons. I hope that today’s topic helps you to find happiness and peace.
