A 74-Year-Old Grandma Olympic Coach, Beauty Advice and Friendly Cities

When we watch the Olympics, all of our attention is focused on the amazing athletes who are competing for their countries. Rightly so! These men and women are amazing! At the same time, I often wonder about who the people are “behind the scenes” – the fathers and mothers, coaches and supporters who helped these amazing athletes to reach the top. Today, I’d like to tell you about Anna Botha, the 74-year-old coach (and grandma) behind the South African team. Join me as we discuss her story, the fight for Mosul, the world’s friendliest cities and some “beauty advice” for older women (it’s not what you think!) Come join us for a cup of tea and a chat! And, please do me a quick favor and tell one other woman about Mornings with Sixty and Me today.
