There’s no doubt that, as we get a little older, we tend to face more health issues than at other points in our lives. Some of these health problems are out of our control… but, a surprising number are caused (or at least influenced) by our own behavior. So, today, I want to talk about how we tend to sabotage our health in our 60s. Then, I’ll give a few suggestions for how we can get things back on track. I hope that you enjoy today’s show!
