Don’t Be a Statistic! My Senior Sisters, Let’s Stay Safe This Spring!

Through my work with Sixty and Me, I have come across some scary statistics. For example, did you know that one in four people over age 65 has a fall each year and that 800,000 of us are hospitalized for falls during this time period? We are also at a higher risk for illnesses from the flu to more serious conditions.

I don’t mention this to scare you. I just want to draw your attention to the fact that there is actually a lot that we can do to improve our health and safety. If today’s video saves just one person from an accident this year, it will have been well worth recording!

Join us for a cup of tea (or coffee) and a chat. And, if you enjoy the show, please tell one friend about us today. Your support means so much to me!

Our Sixty and Me “Aging Beautifully” cards are almost sold out! Don’t miss this chance to get your deck before we run out! Order now and, as an extra bonus, I’ll send you a beautiful mantra bracelet for FREE!
