Grief is Unavoidable, but, You Can Heal Faster

No matter where we live, how much money we have or what kind of a support network is backing us up, every single one of us has to deal with grief. This is especially true as we get a little older and start to lose our parents, neighbors and friends. While grief is unavoidable – and even healthy in moderate doses – there are ways to speed up the healing process. Today, I would like to discuss 7 such suggestions. Come join us for a cup of tea (or coffee) and a chat. And, if you enjoy the show, please tell one friend about us today. Your support means so much to me!

Did you know? Sixty and Me has a Facebook page that is followed by 100,000 amazing women. Click here to join us on Facebook.

Have you had to deal with grief recently? How did you get through it? What advice would you give to a friend who just lost someone close to them? Please join the conversation and tell one other woman about Sixty and Me today. The more the merrier!
