Growing Older Alone – the Good, the Bad and the Ugly

I know from talking with all of you that many women in the community are living alone. Some of us have experienced a separation or lost our partner. Others have been single for some time. But, regardless of the reasons, growing older alone seems to be more common than ever before. So, today, I want to talk about the good and bad sides of living by yourself after 60. In today’s video, I’ll also share some of my own experiences as a single older woman. By the way, check out our “What’s new in your world?” article and let me know what you think of this format. Join us for a cup of tea (or coffee) and a chat. And, if you enjoy the show, please tell one friend about us today. Your support means so much to me!

Thanks to our sponsor Puritan’s Pride! Please check out their website for more information on how to give your body the nutrition it deserves.

Are you living by yourself or with someone else? What do you think are the benefits and costs of living by yourself as an older adult? Please join the conversation and tell one other woman about Sixty and Me today. The more the merrier!
