Healthy Diet, Healthy Aging!

There is an old saying that “you are what you eat” and, when it comes to healthy aging, this is absolutely true! In fact, you could argue that nutrition becomes even more important as our bodies get a little older. When I was younger, I could drink root beer floats with abandon. Now, I look at a tub of ice-cream and start to gain weight. Oh well, there are plenty of other things that I love about life after 60! Today, I would like to share some suggestions for how to get the nutrition that you need. I’d also love to hear about your favorite healthy foods. Come join us for a cup of tea (or coffee) and a chat. And, if you enjoy the show, please tell one friend about us today. Your support means so much to me!
