How Women’s Circles Boost Healthy Aging and Fight Loneliness

The bonds that are formed between women are powerful. From the beginning of time, we have come together – out of necessity and desire – to support each other. This was true when we lived in small tribal communities and it is true now that we live in cities.

So, in this morning’s video, I want to talk about how we can bring back and celebrate women’s circles to get more from life, age in more healthy ways and fight loneliness and social isolation.
