Makeup for Rosacea that Takes the Redness Away (Video)

By Margaret Manning May 10, 2014 Beauty

In this makeup video, we will discuss makeup for rosacea. One thing that many women, of all ages, have to deal with is high coloring or blotchy skin, sometimes referred to as rosacea. This skin condition can often become the entire focus of a woman’s face. We all have unique beauty issues that bother us.

If rosacea is your concern, this video offers some ideas for an easy way to apply an effective makeup solution.

Makeup for Rosacea Really Can Work Wonders

Ariane Poole is a professional makeup artist who has worked with celebrities around the world for over 20 years. She shares with us that she has had rosacea on her face since she was a teenager.

In this video, she showed us how she uses simple makeup products and techniques to camouflage and smooth her skin. In just a few minutes, she created a professional finish. Enjoy the show!

Ariane started the video by taking all of the makeup off her face, revealing her red skin. She then showed us how she uses her Ariane Poole Tinted Primer to tone the redness down. She applied this light weight primer with her fingers, followed by a touch up from her Ariane Poole Concealer Palette. She applied the heavier concealer to areas that need more coverage. If you are looking for makeup for rosacea, this video will show you exactly the right products and techniques to use.

The result is amazing! Her skin is not caked with makeup, but it has luminosity and brightness. Best of all, the redness is completely gone. The entire process took less than three minutes! Her final touch was to use the Ariane Poole Mineral Illuminating Pen and Ariane Poole Under Eye and Face Brightener to blend a few fine lines and she is ready for blusher and lipstick.

Seeing is believing. Watch this video and prepare to be amazed!
