I don’t know about you, but, I never expected to live into my late 60s. I certainly didn’t plan for life in my 70s or 80s. Now that I am getting a little older, longevity is constantly on my mind. Why? Because I want to have the physical strength, mental power and energy to get everything that I can from life.
