Exploring Our Perception of Beauty as We Age

What does it mean to be beautiful? Does our perception of beauty change as we get a little older? Do we even care about physical beauty? These are a few of the questions that I want to tackle today. Of course, we are bombarded by images of “beauty” every day on TV and in the movies. But, I want to take a deeper look at these questions… and, of course, get your feedback. Join us for a cup of tea (or coffee) and a chat. And, if you enjoy the show, please tell one friend about us today. Your support means so much to me!

Beauty isn’t just about how we look on the outside! It is about being authentic, kind and full of joy. Check out our Sixty and Me “Aging Beautifully” inspirational cards. I wrote them just for you.

Has your perception of beauty (both your own beauty and the beauty of others) shifted as you have gotten a little older? What does beauty mean to you now at this stage of your life? Let’s have a chat!
