Stress is a normal part of life. In fact, most of us deal with conscious stressors – bills, long lines and aches and pains – on a daily basis. Unfortunately, over time, these stresses can build up on a subconscious level. When this happens, we may feel anxious, sad or fearful without being able to put our fingers on what is upsetting us.
