How old is really old?
Apparently, the answer depends on the age of the person responding to the question.
Separations, divorces, deaths in the family, economic hardships, illnesses. Many of our Sixty and Me community have made it through difficult times. We are survivors. We have learned from our experiences and from the experiences of others.
What keeps you awake at night? That loaded question has so much punch to it. So many things can contribute to bad sleep. If all that depends on you is going as it should and you are still having trouble sleeping at night, perhaps it’s time to be really honest with yourself.
You look around yourself at work. Every new hire is well under the age of 30 and the number of co-workers in their 50s and 60s seems to be rapidly vanishing. As you get into your 60s, you can’t help but wonder, “Am I next?”
